Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By hiring Saaurabh Singh and initiating a project, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, time, and resources dedicated to each project, we do not offer unconditional refunds. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are strictly governed by the stage of the project and the scope of work agreed upon.

2. Web Development & UI/UX Design Services

• Before Work Commences: If you request a cancellation before any design, planning, or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial deposit (minus any payment gateway or transaction fees).

• During the Project: Once the project has commenced and initial designs or mockups have been approved, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already invested. If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, any completed work will be billed at an hourly rate, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

• After Project Completion: No refunds will be issued once the final website or design assets have been approved, delivered, or deployed to your live server.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

• Monthly Retainers: Digital marketing, SEO, and social media management are ongoing services. Payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, as these cover active campaign management, ad spend, and strategizing.

• Cancellations: You may cancel ongoing digital marketing services by providing a written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge for the subsequent month.

• Ad Spend: Any budget allocated directly to third-party ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) cannot be refunded by saaurabh.com once spent.

4. Delay or Lack of Communication

A project may be placed on hold or canceled if the client fails to provide the necessary content, branding assets, or approvals within an agreed-upon timeframe (typically 30 days). In such cases, no refunds will be issued for advance payments, and the project may be subject to a restart fee.

5. Mutual Agreement and Exceptions

We value client satisfaction. If we fail to deliver the services exactly as outlined in our written agreement or proposal due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial or full refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
